Service Fees

Our service fees are non-refundable. Once we process your booking request, the service fee is earned for the time and expertise provided, regardless of whether you later cancel or modify your travel arrangements.

Flight Cancellations

Flight cancellations and refunds are subject to the fare rules of the airline and the type of ticket purchased:

• Refundable Tickets: May be eligible for a refund according to airline policies, minus any airline cancellation fees.
• Non-Refundable Tickets: Generally not eligible for refunds. You may receive a credit or voucher from the airline, subject to change fees and fare differences.
• Award Tickets (Loyalty Points): Cancellation policies vary by airline. Loyalty points may be redeposited with applicable fees.

We will assist you with the cancellation process, but all refund decisions are made by the airline. Additional service fees may apply for processing cancellations.

• Non-Refundable Rates: Cannot be canceled or refunded once booked.
