Service Description

TravelGlobuz is an independent travel concierge service that provides assistance with booking flights, hotels, and vacation packages using airline miles and loyalty points. We are not affiliated with any airline, hotel chain, or travel provider. We charge a service fee for our booking and concierge services.

Booking and Reservations

Service Fees

In addition to the cost of your travel booking, we charge a service fee for our concierge services. Service fees are non-refundable once a booking has been processed, even if you later cancel your travel arrangements.

Payment

Payment for bookings and service fees must be made at the time of reservation. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as indicated on our website. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations to your bookings are subject to the policies of the airlines, hotels, and other travel providers. Additional fees may apply. Our service fees for making changes or cancellations are separate from any fees charged by travel providers.

We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not responsible for:
